CIMAT – Ciments de l'Atlas is strengthening its Human Resources team and is looking for a Payroll and HR Administrator for its Aïn Sebaâ site in Casablanca.
The main responsibilities include participating in payroll preparation, processing and verification, as well as collecting and checking variable payroll items such as absences, leave, bonuses and overtime. The role also involves assisting in the preparation and filing of social and tax declarations including CNSS, AMO, and IR, and managing personnel administrative files such as contracts, amendments, certificates, and other HR documents. Additionally, you will monitor staff movements including recruitment, internal transfers and departures, update HR databases, produce social reporting, and ensure strict compliance with internal procedures and current Moroccan labour regulations.
The ideal candidate holds a Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree in Human Resources, Management, or Finance, and has between zero and three years of relevant experience. A recent internship or first job in HR administration or payroll is considered a valuable asset for this position.
