Who runs Global Job Grid, how listings are sourced, verified and moderated — and what the platform stands for.
Global Job Grid aggregates fresh on-site, hybrid, remote, freelance and contract jobs from around the world into one searchable board — with country, category, seniority and location filters, community insights, peer-to-peer video interviews with verified employers, and an application tracker that stays on your device.
We are an aggregator, not the employer: every listing keeps the original apply URL on the employer or applicant-tracking side, and applying always happens on the employer’s own page. We never intermediate applications, never charge candidates anything, and never ask for payment data.
Every card carries its source and posting date. The community keeps listings clean: each listing has a built-in report control (expired, ghost job, low pay), every comment thread has a spam report, and reports land in the administrator’s moderation queue for action. Employer accounts pass a manual verification step before they can publish anything or request video interviews.
Verified employers can request a live video interview right from a candidate’s profile. Calls run browser-to-browser (WebRTC) in rooms of at most one candidate and up to three employer-verified interviewers — audio, video, screen shares, transferred files and text chat pass directly between the participants and are never recorded, tracked or registered by this website. Only employer-verified accounts can initiate a call; member accounts can only receive, accept or decline requests.
Global Job Grid is designed, built and operated by Asmahri Abderrahman (see the Imprint). It runs on Cloudflare’s edge network with no third-party tracking platforms involved. Questions, corrections and reports are welcome through the contact page.
