We are looking for a Lead Brand Designer to serve as the single point of excellence for ClickUp’s visual brand. In this role you will set the visual standard and ensure every touchpoint—from landing pages and social media posts to product marketing assets—feels cohesive and world‑class. You will lead the creation and evolution of a comprehensive design system that enables AI tools and non‑designers to produce consistent, high‑quality brand assets without sacrificing creativity or brand integrity.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of brand identity, typography, color, and layout across digital and print media. You should be comfortable collaborating with product, marketing, and engineering teams, translating strategic goals into visual solutions, and guiding junior designers. Experience with AI‑assisted design workflows and a passion for pushing the boundaries of what AI can achieve in visual communication are essential.
