We are looking for a Senior Manager of Software Engineering – Infrastructure to join our team and help redefine what is possible.
In this role you will bridge infrastructure and product engineering, forming genuine partnerships across product, AI and enterprise teams so that ownership is shared and velocity is never blocked by platform constraints. You will set a forward‑looking cloud vision and proactively align with stakeholders across the business, ensuring that the infrastructure roadmap supports product goals, scalability and reliability. You will lead a team of engineers, design and evolve cloud architecture, drive performance, security and observability initiatives, and champion best practices for CI/CD, automation and monitoring. You will mentor engineers, recruit top talent, and collaborate closely with product and AI leaders to deliver resilient, high‑throughput services that enable ClickUp’s AI‑driven workspace. This position offers the chance to shape the technical direction of a fast‑growing, innovative company while working remotely with a global, collaborative team.
