Reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Tax, the Director, Corporate Tax will oversee the Company’s global tax provision (ASC740), tax accounting policies, tax receivable agreement and U.S. federal tax matters. This role will manage two direct reports. The best candidates will be eager to learn, try new things, and be passionate about working in a team environment that strives to be 1% better every day.
What You'll Do:
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual global income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740.
Oversee general tax accounting processes and account reconciliations.
Execute internal controls over Corporate Tax processes consistently, without exception, in accordance with SOX.
Lead the preparation and review of federal tax returns and associated workpapers, including the U.S. federal R&D tax credit.
Lead the calculation and maintenance of the Company’s tax receivable agreements.
Lead domestic tax audits, and respond to tax-related correspondence and notices.
