THE OPPORTUNITY:
At Salesloft, as our HR Enablement Lead, you will be a pivotal member of our high-performing People team. Reporting to [manager, confirm], you will own the creation of learning programs and lead high-impact enablement workshops from beginning to end, and you will help build a cohesive, seamless learning journey for our global workforce. You'll have designated programs that you own end to end, from conception through execution, with hands-on support from leadership as the team builds out its capabilities together.
You'll work closely with our People Business Partners, our Associate People Business Partner, and an L&D coordinator who supports the learning platform and content production.
