THE ROLE

The Director of Co-Manufacturing & Procurement is responsible for overseeing Glossier’s purchasing strategy, vendor relationships, and supply chain operations to acquire goods and services cost-effectively. The Director of Co-Manufacturing & Procurement is both strategic and hands-on, with a direct impact on customer satisfaction, margin protection and commercial flexibility. This role works closely with finance, logistics, and commercial as a trusted, strategic partner enabling value and flexibility to support broader business goals.

You will be responsible for all processes and budget with expectations for delivering both short-term and long-term priorities and plans. The right person needs to be a driven yet compassionate leader with the proven ability to successfully motivate, mentor and develop a team to represent Operational Excellence across the Glossier brand. You will work closely with our internal teams to lead and develop a first-class supply chain that supports Glossier’s growth and expansion, both domestically and internationally.
